> Purchase Process Why do I need to register upon purchase checkout? ::: To purchase any canvas art prints, all first time purchasers are required to register as a member at the checkout page. This is so that we are able to capture your contact details in case we may need to contact you about your orders.
What happens after I register?
::: After registration, you will receive an activation email to your registered email account. Click on the link provided to activate your registration. This will take you to the login page where you would have to enter your registered username and password. Once logged in, you will be directed to your checkout page where you can continue with the purchase.
Do I need to register again if I make a repeat purchase?
::: If you have previously registered, there would not be a need to re-register again. You will be prompted to enter your username and password and the system would be able to retrieve your registered information. Do check through your information for accuracy especially your address and contact number. This will help speed up your subsequent purchases.
Is it possible for me to leave special requests such as the delivery address especially when it’s different from my registered address etc?
::: Yes, there is a special instruction box in the checkout process that allows you to key in any requests that you may want us to take note of such as a different delivery address, specific delivery timing etc.
How many steps are there in the purchase process?
::: Once you click on the Checkout link to begin your purchase process, there are 3 steps to follow – user registration (for first time purchasers) / user login, order confirmation, and payment. For payment, you will be re-directed to a Paypal page where you can use your credit card to complete the purchase.
Do I need a Paypal account to make online payments?

At the payment stage of the purchase process where you will be taken to a Paypal page, simply click on the link ‘Don’t have a Paypal account?’ and you will be prompted to enter your credit card details. What happens after I place my order?
::: Once you placed your order, you will receive a order confirmation email from Canvasblanc. Your order will then be sent to the workshop for production. This will take approximately 7 days. When your order is ready for delivery, Canvasblanc will contact you to arrange for delivery. Delivery can take place every day of the week, from 9am to 9pm on weekdays and 10am to 2pm on weekends.
Can Canvasblanc accept international orders?

Someone sent me a Canvasblanc gift voucher. How do I redeem it?
::: Once you have selected and finalised your preferred purchase(s), go to your Shopping Cart for payment. There you will see a Coupon Code field where you will key in the Voucher ID listed on your gift voucher. The final amount will then re-compute, taking in account the gift voucher amount.
How do I know if the gift voucher has been emailed out to the recipient?
::: Once the gift voucher has been mailed out, you will receive a confirmation email from Canvasblanc to inform you that your purchase has been fulfilled.
There is also an ongoing promotion in which the sender will also receive a S$50 gift voucher with every gift voucher that the sender purchases.

It is recommended that you follow through with the online payment process that is available on this website. > Care & Maintenance How do I hang the canvas art print? ::: Hanging your artwork by yourself couldn't be simpler. All canvas art prints comes ready to hang. The design of the frames means you can rest the piece on a simple nail or screw in your wall. This allows the print to be mounted flat to the wall with no gap at the top.
What care should I exercise in maintaining the canvas art prints?
::: The canvas art prints should be treated as you would any piece of fine art. Do not position where it will be near direct sunlight or exposed to excessive heat, moisture (steam etc.) or humidity. Do not clean with water, glass cleaner, or any other liquids. Use a soft dust brush or lint-free cloth to gently remove dust only when needed.
